Core Features

Cartoon Cat Insane (npc_drg_cartoon_cat_insane)

Health & Immortality:
125,000 HP base health
2,000 HP/sec regeneration (20,000/sec in Enrage)
Immortal Threshold = 1 – cannot fall below 1 HP. Ever.
Upon death, plays a haunting laugh and removes all other NPCs within 20,000 units.

Speed & Mobility:
700 run speed (1,400 in Enrage)
Can climb ledges, props, and ladders
Can teleport short distances
Instant Teleport to enemies on the Instant Kill list (5000 range)
Adaptive Scaling:
Automatically adjusts size based on enemy height
Scales from 0.5x to 125x original size
All stats (damage, range, speed, collision bounds) scale proportionally
Size check runs every second against current enemy

Combat System

Enrage Mode:
Triggers against powerful enemies (30,000+ HP, damage multipliers, high regen)
30x damage multiplier
2x speed multiplier
10x regeneration multiplier
1.5x attack speed
Spawns all 6 minions instantly
Arm Attack cooldown reduced from 8 to 4 seconds

Giant Mode:
Activates after 80 seconds of continuous combat with an enemy
Scales to 10x base size
Grab range increased to 1000 units
Resets when combat ends
Epic transformation sound

Minion Summoning:
Summons up to 6 Cartoon Cat Minions
Minion class: npc_drg_cartoon_cat_minion
Each minion has 1,500 HP and deals 140-390 damage
Minions share your target and faction
Auto-respawns when minions are defeated (Enrage only)
Minions run at 1,200 speed—faster than the main cat!
Spawn radius: 500 units around the cat
Spawns with dark material and black coloration

Arm Attack:
Spawns 4 massive arms around your target
Arms use the Cartoon Dog arm model
Range: 200–2,000 units
Each arm deals damage independently
Arms appear in a circle around the enemy (360° coverage)
40% chance to use (60% in Enrage)
8 second cooldown (4 seconds in Enrage)
Damage multiplier: 1.2x (0.6x of Enrage multiplier when enraged)
Arms have random bodygroup variations

Instant Kill System:
Preys on other "god-tier" NPCs
Target classes include: TMWTUDF, SCP-682, Ink Bendy, Superman, Jumbo Josh, Jerry, SCP-096 variants
Instant Teleport to targets within 5,000 units
On contact: instant removal with blood effects
Also removes nearby entities of same class (150 radius)
Plays body break sounds

Atmospheric Effects

Skybox & Fog Control:
Full skybox editor integration
Can change skybox texture on spawn
Adjustable fog (start, end, density, color)
Skybox rotation control
Greenscreen mode support
Auto fog color detection from skybox

Dynamic Lighting:
Creates dynamic light on spawn
Color: 810,118,0 (orange-red)
Radius: 500 units
Brightness: 6
Attached to ragdoll attachment point

The Story Behind This Addon
I have been a fan of Joelías_N1’s work for years. His Cartoon Cat was the first Trevor Henderson NPC I ever downloaded, and it sparked something in me—a desire to create, to code, to build my own monsters.
For three years, like many others, I waited for Cartoon Cat v3. The one that Joelías himself mentioned would be "inmortal". The one that would surpass everything before it.
But life gets complicated. Work, burnout, toxicity in the community—it is easy to understand why some projects remain unfinished.
So I made a choice.
Instead of waiting forever, I decided to build it myself. Not to replace Joelías’s vision, but to honor it.
This addon contains mechanics I dreamed of seeing in v3. In a way, this is his dream, realized through my hands.
To Joelías_N1: Thank you for the inspiration. Thank you for the countless hours of terror and wonder. This one is for you.
