A "Lite" version of my previous upload, containing only the overlay effect. For those that don’t need the map or want a quick and dirty effect for their own maps.
To enable, go to the post-processing tab and select "Camcorder VHS" under overlays.
My recommended settings for other effects are as follows (to achieve the same look and feel as the demo map):

– sharpen filter: distance 1.5, contrast 1
– toytown filter: size 0.04, passes 60
