This mod requires [repentogon.com]
and Dynamic Minisaacs Forever!

This mod adds the Quality 5 C-Section upgrade commissioned by Lazy Mattman, D-Section!
All of your tears will be replaced by special, temporary Minisaacs that inherit your weapons, stat modifiers, and tear effects!
You can obtain it my transforming a C-Section pedestal with Ventricle Razor.
