Frozen Energy (TLD)
Frozen Energy is my first ever scenario!
Inspired by a survival game I love called "The Long Dark". The setting is the Azure Dam but in a very cold place (just imagine the desert being a snow desert). The initiatives, setting, tile names etc. is heavily inspired by the The Long Dark region "Mystery Lake", which also features a hydro dam.
Cold and cut off from the mainland, this region is located on an island with a conservative and close-minded population.
You play as the owner of the hydro dam, who has neglected the needs of the local population, nature and the dam in the past and you are very unpopular. But now you see a business opportunity and also try to build up your reputation by increasing the quality of life, repairing the dam and stabilising the region after it has been struck by severe blizzards!
Will you be able to survive amongst hostile locals and keep the dam in good shape?
Recommended to play on Normal (but I suck at the game, so your milage might vary).
