Sons of Troy – Bodyguard of Heroes Visual Pack
Sons of Troy,
The valiant Heroes of Troy march forth, flanked and guarded by their most loyal companions.
This mod applies the visuals of appropriate elite Trojan units to the foot Bodyguards of the named Trojan characters, Priam, Hector, Paris, Aeneas and Sarpedon.
I have listed the model used for each below with either the unit name from TW:Pharaoh or TW:Troy. The choices have been made based on the faction units of each Hero from TW:Troy.
Priam and Paris Bodyguards:
Medium Armour model – Trojan Nobles
Heavy Armour model – Guards of Troy
Hector Bodyguards:
Medium Armour model – Hector’s Chosen/Chosen of Troy
Heavy Armour model – Guards of Troy
Aeneas Bodyguards:
Medium Armour model – Fearless Swordsmen
Heavy Armour model – Arzawan Chargers
Sarpedon Bodyguards:
Medium Armour model – Companions of Sarpedon
Heavy Armour model – Lycian Champions
I hope you enjoy seeing the valiant Heroes of Troy being guarded by their most elite and trusted men.
This mod should be compatible with anything that does not override the faction bodyguards for the Trojan Characters. Please let me know if any units are providing an incorrect visual so I can resolve any cases.
The mod affects the visuals of the bodyguards only, no stats or hero models were changed in any way.
I recommend using with my other mod: Sons of Troy – Trojan Bodyguard Medium Armour Visual Fix. If using both mods together, the Medium Armour Visual Fix will only apply to the generic generals bodyguards units.
*** Please Note: This mod does not affect the bodyguards models of general units when riding a chariot (yet) ***
