Added 11 buildings that can only be built in rural locations unlocked by 4 advances, 2 in classic, 2 in renaissance. Added 1 advance in discovery for production methods. You can change the game rules to enable/disable the buildings. All added buildings are not buildable by estates, and are not valid to be automated.(The in game building automation would never build any of them.)
Content:
* Rural Autonomous Council: sacrifices local control and the ability to upgrade to town for a lot raw material production and some more buffs
* Rural Building Committee: sacrifices a little local control to get buffs for local constructions
* Rural Library: gives much needed literacy growth in rural locations
* Rural Levy Registry: buffs to local levy conscription, requires 50% local control to be built
* Rural Survey Station: spent 5 years and some manpower to get a indestructible permanent buff in the form of a building, ai should not be able to build it
* Various infrastructure buildings that can boost local goods production and produces goods themselves(include lumber) that can stack 5 times
* Tea plantation building that boost local tea production, can stack 10 times with maximum +50% tea output
* Scrap Metal Yard: can only have one in your country, offers production methods that produces a little iron, tin, lead or copper, can be useful if you really couldn’t get some in your market
