Found it highly annoying that once you took over Assur (Assyria), you still had the Hanibalgat emblem.

Changed it so you now have the Assyrian emblem and Assyria has the Hanibalgat emblem.

Works best with the mod "Mesopotamian Colours Fixed" from sEcOnDbOuToFiNsAnItY
