*MOD LOADING ORDER: ACTIVATE ABOVE MI-8 AND MI-24 MODS*

Relatively simple conversion of a soviet Mercur-class cargo ship into a makeshift helicarrier and/or troop transport.

Since neither of those mods have been updated in some time, I’ve integrated fixes and loadout changes to this mod. In addition, helicopter regiments such as 39th Separate Helicopter Regiment (OVP) and 319th Independent Helicopter Regiment (OVP) along with callsigns are available for scenario creators.

Due to the eccentrities of forementioned helicopter mod models, this kitbash has some issues with base-game helicopters.
