Description:

For twisted are, were and will be, the paths of the Miracle.

This mod introduces a new playable character to the Slay the Spire: The Penitent One, from the game Blasphemous2. Wield the Mea Culpa, switch between three legendary weapons, and unleash the power of Prayers through Fervor.

Key Features:

Weapon Switching Mechanic:
Veredicto (War Censer): Heavy hits with high energy cost but massive damage output. Burn your enemies to ash.
Sarmiento & Centella (Rapier & Dagger): Lightning-fast attacks. Accumulate Lightning charges with unblocked attacks and unleash them for extra damage. Don’t get hit, or you’ll lose your charge!
Ruego Al Alba (Praying Blade): A balanced stance focused on blood and parrying. Gain Fervor through combat and heal yourself.
Mea Culpa (The Guilty Blade): The ultimate form that combines the power of all three weapons with a 2x damage multiplier.

New Resource: Fervor: A special resource used to cast powerful Prayers (Skills). Manage your Fervor wisely to unleash devastating miracles.

Over 75 New Cards: Including Prayers, Beads, and Relic abilities faithful to the original game.

Author Notes:

Regarding Animations: Due to the absence of independent weapon animation files in the game assets of Blasphemous 2, the weapon switching states currently use high quality static images.

Upcoming Content: As I will be offline during the Spring Festival holiday, content related to the first game (such as the original Penitent One) and legendary bosses like Eviterno (The Trinity) and the Son of the Miracle will be released later in a separate Boss Mod.

Original game Blasphemous by The Game Kitchen. This is a fan-made mod. All art assets and sound effects belong to their respective owners.
