Kelp Saplings 2.0
In Starbound, only Toxic Kelp Plants are dropping seeds. This mod extends this with seeds for the kelps Flowy, Bubbles, Wavy and Kelpy.
Due to my dissatisfaction with other kelp mods I have created my own mod.
The game files are patched and not overwritten.
This ensures more compatibility and a loading order should no longer be needed if another MOD makes changes to the kelps.
