Ragdoll Physics
Ragdoll physics have arrived in the Spire!
As you may have already guessed, this mod makes entities (players AND enemies) ragdoll when killed instead of doing the standard fade-out animation.
Features
- Players and enemies ragdoll when killed. The force of the ragdoll is determined by a few factors, such as overkill damage and the associated creatures’ "weight" (Time Eater is a lot harder to budge than a Louse, for instance)
- An attachments system! Entities that ragdoll can drop objects such as weapons and accessories that they were holding. Additionally, for some enemies, there is a chance for additional parts to detach if overkill damage is high enough.
- Robotic entities will shatter when killed, and certain other types of entities have special behavior for their ragdolls
- An optional low-gravity mode in the mod’s config settings, which disables gravity for everyone. Have fun!
- Support for the Haberdashery mod, which makes all relics attachments. Now you can watch as you gather AND lose your belongings!
- Copious amounts of jank, as you would expect from a mod that hamfists a physics system into a game that was not designed to support one
Please note that this mod was mainly tested with base game entities with base game skins. I cannot guarantee that ragdolls will work well, or at all, with certain mods. If you do encounter an cross-mod interaction that you’d like better support for, please let me know and I can look into it.
