Description:

An alternative to my other mod, this mod unlock every unit of either factions with a single tech.

Nanman roster unlocks by taking = Junks (Wood reform)
Yellow Turban Rebellion roster unlocks by taking = Rammed Earth (Metal Reform)

Doesn’t take too long to research (10 and 15 turns)

Turns it takes depends on various factors like Cao Cao’s unlock reform scheme, reform mods etc.
Note that Zhang Lu in New Major Factions do not get access to most of the units for some reason.
