In 2091, one year after the end of the Great Collapse, the Pan-Asian Coalition (PAC) was established. During the process of resource integration, people were surprised to discover that while this newly risen power possessed the world’s most extensive coastline, its naval strength had been depleted by two decades of relentless disasters. As a result, the development of new warships became an urgent priority.

In 2092, the Future Warship Program (FWP) was proposed, and bidding began among all member states. The program required the construction of a future warship with formidable firepower, capable of fulfilling most operational needs as a standalone vessel. Thus, the design of the Type 010 Experimental Super Battleship commenced.

With the maturation of electromagnetic railgun technology, designers selected the 510mm quadruple electromagnetic railgun as the primary weapon for the Type 010. Additionally, to further enhance its combat capabilities, it was equipped with a 108-cell vertical launch system. This not only provided it with powerful littoral strike capabilities but also endowed it with versatile mission capabilities.

However, during actual testing, the electromagnetic railgun’s effective range fell far short of expectations due to the Earth’s curvature. At the same time, with the further proliferation of anti-ship missiles and the advancement of drone technology, related technologies became increasingly affordable. The littoral regions were no longer safe. Moreover, the construction cost of the Type 010 was excessively high, making it unsuitable for the PAC at the time.

In the end, the PAC halted the development of the Type 010, and the related technologies were relegated to technical reserves.

2091年，大崩溃结束的一年后，泛亚联盟(PAC)成立，在资源统合的过程中，人们惊奇的发现，这一新崛起的势力在拥有世界上最广阔的海岸线的同时，海军实力却在二十年如一日的灾难中损耗殆尽，为此，新型舰艇的开发显得迫在眉睫。

2092年，未来战舰计划(FWP)提出，并开始对所以成员国招标，计划要求建造一型火力强劲，并能够单舰完成大多数需求的未来战舰，010型实验性超级战列舰开始设计。
基于电磁炮技术的成熟，设计人员选择了510mm四联装电磁炮作为010型的主要武器，同时，为了进一步增强其的战斗力，为其安装了108坑的垂直发射系统，这既赋予了其强大的近岸打击手段，也使其拥有了多样化的任务能力。

但在实际测试中，电磁炮受地球曲率影响，实际射程远低于预期，同时，随着反舰导弹的近一步普及和无人机技术的发展，相关技术越来越廉价。近岸区域不在安全。而010型的建造成本过于巨大，这并不适用于当时的PAC。
最后，PAC停止了010型的开发，相关技术也转为技术储备。
