The Hunters are arguably one of the most dangerous enemies a Division agent can encounter.
With the ability to imitate Division agents, these Hunters have increased mobility and abilities. Hunters can be clearly identified by their trademark ballistic masks alongside the multiple glowing orange and red (Rogue) Smart Watches they wear as trophies from agents they have executed.
