(WOTC) Revival Protocol Charges Fix
According to the game, "upgrading your GREMLIN will lead to more Revival Protocol charges." A Tier 3 Gremlin has a variable called RevivalChargesBonus that is equal to 1, so you should get a bonus charge. However, due to a bug in Revival Protocol itself, that variable is never used, so you still only have one charge. This mod fixes that.
You can also edit the included XComRevivalProtocolChargesFix.ini and change the number of bonus Revival Protocol charges you get for each tier of Gremlin, if you want to.
