Description:

Mouse scroll wheel, switch between the main weapon, secondary weapon, and melee cycle that have been placed in the equipment bar

Added a modconfig option to enable weapon switching loop (off by default)
Added a modconfig option to set the weapon switching type (default is cycling between primary and secondary weapons)

Fixed the bug where NPCs would switch weapons during dialogue

Fixed the bug where weapons couldn’t be switched while unarmed

No need for harmonyLib, the pre-requisite has been removed
