Transparent London Conference
No more must the London Conference be an unknowable black box! See with ease exactly which great powers have backed which proposals.
For technical reasons, this mod cannot simply dynamically display the name of any great power with the London Conference journal entry, so it only supports naming specific predetermined countries. In addition to the historical powers of Britain, France, Russia, Austria, and Prussia, I have also added support for Spain as the most likely European country to become a great power in time for the conference. In the rare case that some other country gets the journal entry, they will appear as "other powers".
