Proper Polaris Hardmode Ore Tools+Weapons
Edits the Polaris hardmode ore tools and weapons to actually use their hardmode ore. Some sprites were already correct (as is the case with the vanilla ones), but these were included in case you want to use them without the entire Polaris resource pack. Load above Polaris if you are using it.
Inspired by this mod which did something similar with the vanilla power tools.
