Player & AI Remove Stamina
Tired of your character running out of breath and your AI teammates falling behind because they’re too lazy to carry 12 RPGs in their backpack? This simple, lightweight mod runs in the background to provide a stamina-free experience for both you and your AI squad. This was originally intended for use with Antistasi Ultimate, but should be compatible with any mission where you want to remove stamina from your player and AI units.
- 🏃 Player Stamina Removal: Completely removes the stamina mechanic for your player. You can run indefinitely without tiring!
- 🤖 AI Stamina Removal: Disables stamina for all AI units currently in your group.
Crucial for Squad Leaders: Solves a major inconvenience in scenarios like Antistasi Ultimate or any mission where you customize your AI teammates loadouts. No more overloaded AI recruits being forced to walk slowly and falling hopelessly behind your formation!
This is a client-side mod that provides a simple fix that disables stamina for you and your group every few seconds. It’s designed to be highly compatible and only affects the player and their current group’s AI.
This mod is a quick and dirty solution to the problem where AI units become overloaded and are stuck walking. It simply loops over all units in the player’s group (including the player) and executes a remove stamina command every few seconds. This brute force method is not exactly the most effecient method, but it was a quick way to get around this issue in our Antistasi Ultimate instance where new units can be purchased at any time during the mission.
Testing has been done on the functionality in Eden editor and Antistasi Ultimate on overweight AI, player respawn, and player self-revive.
This mod builds upon the work of others and is made completely Open Source! Feel free to examine, modify, and use the code for your own projects.
