Description:
FINALLY, PUBLIC TRANSPORT COMES TO ELYSIUM

Adds 30 new units and a new class – the industrial, unholy Infernal Engine, a vengeful demon banished from Inferno, and given humiliating form as a mortal machine. A playstyle revolving around strengthening a central industrial core with iron-producing modules and a light rail-based logistics system. Loosely inspired by Warhammer chaos dwarves.

The Engine produces almost all of its units from its powerful heart, and requires a steady flow of sacrificial Engine Thralls to fuel its fires of production. The campaign is about expanding the Engine, fortifying its domain, and building supply lines to transport Thralls in order to support its expansion.

The Engine’s roster is filled with powerful artillery and heavily armoured infantry and machines, but is limited somewhat in its recruitment potential and number of unit commanders. The class is intended to reward slow, defensive investment in growing the Engine’s malevolent infrastructure and building an efficient rail network.

Fairly unbalanced, and probably pretty janky. It’s difficult to balance something like this that relies pretty heavily on map generation and RNG. Recommended to play on larger maps on higher difficulties. Also, it goes without saying, but the AI has no idea how to play this class.

It is also recommended to look at the quick starting guide in the pinned discussion on this steam page for an overview of mechanics.
