Faction Upgrade (Swampers) ENG
Faction Upgrade is my series of mods aimed at improving the various factions of the Kenshi world. The mod will affect the following things:
1. Weapons and armor
2. Cities and bases
3. Units
4. Dialogs
5. Starts
The Faction Upgrade (Swampers) mod aims to improve the faction of the same name.
Changes:
Town
All the cities in the region have been improved in my Urbanism+ (The Swamp) mod, I advise you to use it with this mod.
There is a small ranch not far from the Shark. Otis, the owner of the ranch, sells Swamp Turtles and backpacks for them.
Lore and dialogues
To avoid the constant slaughter of everyone against everyone in Shark, I made the swamp faction allied to the main swamp gangs (Except the Stone Rats, Red Sabers and Swamp Ninjas), and between the gangs I set up tolerance for each other (Which corresponds to a shaky peace between the gangs)
If a conflict does occur, it will protect Shark bars and shops from destruction. The war will only affect individual gangs.
Squads
Small caravans can now be found in the Swamp. Brave and enterprising boggies travel between the few cities, selling essential supplies, rice, hemp and building materials.
The goods are carried by marsh turtles equipped with special backpacks. (The characteristics and attack animations of the turtles have been changed so that they can fend for themselves)
(Turtles are quite large, so young ones are used in caravans, since adults do not fit in the gates)
Weapons and Armor.
The guards at the gate received stronger armor, and ordinary boggies received a greater variety of different vanilla armor and weapons to give them a more gangly and slovenly appearance. The faction got its marsh-colored clothes.
All new armor and blueprints can be found in the forges in the swamp.
