New replenishment options for custom settings

This mod however is something I myself would like to have. It changes the settings, with default being what you normally have, but now the High to low settings give you options to lower replenishment by a hard -12, -9 or -6 replenishment. the -6 feels like ballpark -50% imo, with the -12 feeling pretty crippling, but you still have replenishment.
For a deeper replenishment overhaul look at that mod 🙂
