Skill modifiers removed
An skill mod that removes all the skill modifiers except granted abilities.
Designed as an sub-mod of Character Traits Expansion (77 New Traits!) and Kendji’s Flavour Pack. Thus with the Character Trait mod it’ll essentially turn your character from skill based to an trait based character, meaning if you raid or what ever that will affect your traits and the modifiers those give you, while the skill tree now serves to unlock titles, which titles the KPO mod brings more off.
My load order is; 1. CTE 2. KPO and 3. This mod
That said this mod should work for vanilla too, though then just removes the skill modifiers, nothing else.
