Guv’s Emperor Flag change for Old Banners and Flags Submod

I don’t know about you guys, but I fking hate the new flags. They’re too refined and feel too shiny and glorified. As a Records player, these new flags feel off. But, then I found a great mod that fixed all my issues and my life has been restored. Time passed and I found a new source of inspiration and I found opportunity to expand on the new flags and now I have found great purpose for them!
- Flags now change for selected factions when they reach Emperor rank!
- Unintended, but the faction of "Liu Hong" is now called "Kingdom of Han" when emperor. Which he is by default. If you lot don’t like that, I can remove it.
