A more basic mod, changes the vanilla 2 skill points per level to 3.

It’s safe to add mid-game, but I always make a backup, just in case.

I’ve added this on my end-game save, works perfectly fine!

(Copied from original mod)
This affects both the player and the AI. This only works on Shogun 2 and does not apply to the FOTS expansion.
But after testing, this works for Fall of the Samurai perfectly fine.
