Irtjet is the part of Nubia south of Wawat, but north of Kaš/Kush, west of Medja. This area was amongst the more assimilated and integrated amongst Egyptian Kush. Egyptian religion being dominant. Overall an ethnically mixed territory. An important area on the trade routes from Kush and Nubia up the Nile river and Trade going down river. Buhen[en.wikipedia.org] guarded this trade and its forts could toll this lucrative trade too. While also guarding against invasions from this direction too. The in-game territory would’ve probably covered buth Irtjet and Setju at least in part. The faction has also very strong potential, colonizable lands to the West and East, an full province, when upgraded with access to all the resources in the game and a strong roster. During the 20th Dynasty Panehesy[en.wikipedia.org] would launch an Revolt against the central authority of the Pharaoh from here.
