I added Spartan units to the roster of Athens.
Works with custom battle and main campaign.

Units:
Cretan Archers
Heroes Sparta
Picked Peltasts
Rhodian Slingers
Royal Spartans
Spartan Hoplites
Spartan Pike
Spartan Youths
Foot Companions
Thracian Nobles

(2/2/2021 I added Foot Companions)
(2/3/2021 I removed the Helots, added Thracian Nobles and thinned down the general bodyguard to Hippeus Lancers and Heroes of Sparta)
(2/12/2021 I added Thessalian Cavalry)
(2/13/2021 The Thessalian Cavalry works now)
(3/2/2021 Picked Hoplites and Royal Spartans are now general units too)
