Currently not continuing development, because i am not playing EU5 as much.
Ever annoyed about some AI nations going way too wild or not wild enough?
Lets give them shackles or supplements…
Contains following buffs/debuffs to "railroad" to historicity (with undue force)
[Historical AI must be activated, to gurantee the AI picking the modifier.]
(A player option to decline the modifier is also implemented)
