the ai sucks at maritime presence so I gave it a 10000x multiplier so it can actually have maritime proximity

"but the ai now has a buff that I don’t have and now I have to buy maritime ships while it doesn’t" yeah, but you also have (presumably) an iq above 70, and can still out play it.
