Smooth Skill Point Panel Fix
After 6.1 patch, particle effects troubles have reduced to normal levels.
While this mod is now less essential, it remains available for players who still prefer its functionality.

Here’s a simple mod.
In the current skill panel, excessive particle effects are triggered every time you select a new skill, causing stuttering and lag.
This mod resolves the issue by making the particle effects invisible.
