Changes to Elemental Vigour:
No longer have a condition to activate
Phase 1 – 4 last 1 second each ( meaning you should be in phase 5 within 5 seconds of the battle starting)
Phase 5 now grants:
+400% Base damage
+400% Armour piercing damage
+300% Charge speed (any more and you’ll be running in circles)
+100% Running speed ( same as above)
+100% Attack speed
+Fatigue Immunity
+Encourage
