Noble Increase Trade Fix
Trade resource changes are applied at the end of the turn (for testers).
This is a fix for the High Elf’s Noble skill, Increase Trade, which hasn’t been working for years.
It doesn’t fix the bonus for Elven trinkets, however. I don’t know how. Let’s just say Elven trinket crafters don’t wanna be rushed for some reason.
