Vassals’ culture spread
This small mod changes the conditions of culture spread. At this moment, a province’s culture only changes if the owner shares culture with its top liege.
With this mod this is not required anymore. The province’s owner only have to check one of this 2 requisites:
1. He’s independent or his liege have the same culture (like Vanilla),
2. He have at least Duke tier, independent or not.
Useful if you want a diverse realm with a lot of cultures, and you don’t want to make a giant unicultural blob.
This mod affects two events: 55000 (transfer culture to neighbour province) and 55001 (bring settlers to a conquered province).
