Provides ACE Wardrobe[ace3.acemod.org] compatibility for 3rd-party mods.

There are many reasons to keep these compats separate from the ACE mod itself:

• Keeps the maintenance workload for ACE manageable.
• Allows for more flexibility and more frequent updates.

The project is entirely open-source and community-driven.
