Cyclops, the leader of the X-Men!
Sprites by Capcom. Color Separation by MUGEN creator JTP. No down b yet because I wanted to move on from this character for now, will update down the line with down b plus some changes.
Specials
Neutral: Optic Blast
Long range beam, can be angled upwards when holding up during startup. hold down during startup for crouching version.
Side: Cyclone Kick
Advancing kick forward, sweep kick upon landing.
Up: Gene Splice
Rising uppercut, launches beam projectile near the end.
Extras
Down-Forward Tilt
Crouching version of forward tilt.
Dash Grab
While holding grab throughout the startup when dashing/running you will perform a special grab upon landing the grab.
