Mega Man MM

In the century of 20XX, two brilliant scientists – Dr. Thomas Light and Dr. Albert Wily – revolutionized the field of robotics. However, after a schism formed between the pair, Dr. Wily broke off and began using his robotics skills to conquer the world. In response, Dr. Light’s robot assistant Rock volunteered to be converted into a combat robot to stop him. Rock became MegaMan, the protector of the world from Dr. Wily’s plans.
Mega Man is also know is Rockman in Japan.

Jab
Shoots the Mega Buster. Can Charge with holding A up to level 2.

Side Tilt
Shoots the Mega Buster while walking forward, can also charge with holding A up to level 2.

Up Tilt
Atomic Fire, Mega Man fires a small fire projectile upwards, where ever it lands, it will explode into a heat wave causing multiple hits.

Down Tilt
Mega Mans traditional short slide.

Dash Attack.
Mega Man uses Charge Kick, during the attack when the effect is pink, armor is applied. Armor is turned off when pink effect is gone.

Side Strong.
Mega Man uses Rock Buster, if the Mega Buster is fully charged ahead of time, the Charge shot level 3 will be full screen.
*Side note, the secondary action is Mega Man doing the Hadouken animation with the Mega Blast quote. It’s just an animation difference with a slightly moved hitbox. It’s a 50/50 random thing. They both do the same thing. The sprite was there so I used it.

Up Strong
Rock Upper, Mega Man performs a powerful spiraling uppercut that can hit multiple times. Hold up to move higher.

Down Strong
Mega Man uses Pharaoh Wave, attacks both sides at the same time with 2 waves.

Neutral Air
Shoots the Mega Buster, can charge with A up to level 2.

Forward Air
Mega Man punches forward with with A twice following up with Mega Upper to finish the 3 attack. All 3 attacks can be charged.

Backward Air
Slash Claw, Mega Man attacks with a strong slash.

Up Air
Air Shooter, Mega Man fires Tornados into the Air. Hold A to Charge to do Top Spin, Mega Man will spin the opponents upward for an attack. If Mega Man lands on an opponent, he will get a free short hop to Top Spin again.

Down Air
Mega Man Shoots Rock Buster downwards.

Neutral Special
Mega Man can throw the Shadow Blade 8 different directions around him. The forwards and backwards will come back like a boomerang.

Side Special
Mega Man shoots the Drill Bomb straight at the opponent. It will stick and explode after a few seconds.

Up Special
While on the Ground, Mega Man will use Rush Coil to super jump. In the air, Mega Man will use Rush Jet to fly, during Rush Jet he can shoot and charge the Mega Buster. Pressing special will send the Rush Jet flying at the opponent. Mega Man can super jump off Rush Jet by pressing Jump. After some time passed, Mega Man will automatically be ejected with Rush Coil during Rush Jet.

Press Shield to turn.

Down Special
Plant Barrier, Mega Man will summon pedals around him for defense. Press Special or Attack again to shoot Plant Barrier forward. Can shoot 8 different directions.

Grab
Mega Man can throw 4 different directions.

Ultra
Mega Man will use the Super Adapter to combine with Rush to become Super Mega Man.
As Super Mega Man,

A button shoots the Super Mega Buster. Can also quick charge to shoot the level 3 Rock Buster.
B button shoots the Hyper Rocket Buster. Mega Man shoots his arm out with strong homing and to go a far distance.
Up + B begins flight. Mega Man can attack during flight.
Grab, press grab to spark, a close range AOE attack.
