–Rank Bonuses–

I’ve immersed rank bonuses for units. In vanilla ranks only affects melee attack/defence, leadership, reload speed and accuracy. With mod it affects almost every aspect of unit significantly. Units with higher ranks will restore more vigour and have more regen.

Units need slightly more exp to rank up, high tier units have penalty for exp gain whereas low tier units have bonus for exp gain which balances the very easy leveling of high tier units and the very difficult leveling of low tier units a bit.

RoR units get same bonuses invisibly while they invisibly rank up.

I’ve also just added a skill node named "Veteran Combatant" to our characters. No need to worry about skill points – this upgrades itself at levels 10, 20, and 30. It’s a smooth, gradual power-up for your characters so you can catch up with better scaling units. With that skill characters get Recovery ability which gives vigour and hp regen periodically.

–Experience rework–

Units gain experience based on their tiers. Higher-tier units rank up more slowly.

Melee infantry has an experience bonus since they usually deal less damage and gain less experience. It wouldn’t be fair for damage dealers to level up faster, so I added an experience boost for melee units to balance this.

I also reworked experience gains from the campaign map, including adjustments to skills, buildings, events, and more. Additionally, settlement walls and horde primary buildings now provide unit experience to the local region.
