Starting Item – Forgotten + Boney Heart
When you play forgotten, have you ever wanted to deal with the devil but didn’t have any bone hearts? No worries! This mod gives him a new starting item that gives the player 1 bone heart per use. You can find this item in the treasure room, it is a level 3 item with 6 room charges. However, when you start a run with a forgotten item, this item doesn’t have a full charge, so you just don’t start with three bone hearts right away. You need to charge it first.
