Rome has not only had operations within North Africa, but are also expanding their influence all throughout the Mediterranean sea, especially with Macedonia conquered. The Seleucid Empire faces many troubles, such as the Ptolemaic invasion in the levant, and the active civil war, with Demetrius & Antiochus being supported by Rome.
