Vassals Will Keep Culture When Told To
This mod edits the vanilla Convert to Local Culture decision to check if someone has the Vassal Directive to Convert culture. This prevents vassals tasked with spreading their culture to convert to a different one, something that has plagued my games many times.
This might not be EXACTLY what you wish, I might add functionality separate from the Vassal Directives but this is a good stop-gap at least.
