Better Dropship – Increases dropship crew capacity.

Increases the number of soldiers each dropship can carry:
Skyhawk: 8 -> 10
Dragonfly: 10 -> 14
Pegasus: 12 -> 20

Dragonfly spawn area expanded (15 -> 21 tiles).
Vehicle limit increased (+1 per tier).
