Double Backpack Size
New update introduces a backpack slots multiplier available right from the start of a new game!
Does this make the mod unnecessary? Yes and no. It depends what you want. The update doesn’t affect vests, weight reduction, or satiety drain, so for now the mod will be reworked: backpack-related functions will be removed, but new useful features will be added. Along with these changes, the mod will also get a new name to make it more fitting.
For compatibility reasons, I released new versions for v0.9.7 as a separate mod:
QM Tweaks Collection
This mod doubles backpack and vest slot sizes and increases weight modifier of all backpacks.
It also greatly reduces the impact of carried weight on satiety drain, so you can actually use those extra slots without starving to death.

🔹bp_slots_flat – Flat number of slot rows added to all backpacks
🔹bp_slots_mult – Multiplier for backpack slot rows
🔹bp_weight_flat – Flat % change to weight reduction on backpacks
🔹vest_slots_flat – Flat number of slots added to all vests
🔹vest_slots_mult – Multiplier for vest slots
🔹satiety_kg – How many KG of carried weight equals 1 satiety drain
You can reload the config without restarting the game by entering command:

If you want to change backpack slots to 3x and add one slot:
After changing settings, re-equip your backpack or vest for changes to apply.
Vest slots are capped at 6. Weight reduction is capped at 90%.
