Pause On Production

Will pause the game and open the related screen when:

• A production queue is completely empty.
• The recycler has done.

• Added a nice after raid screen check.
• Note – this "fix" and the previous "fixes" related to the After Raid screen were actually unnecessary as it turns out the issue is a bug in the game itself, not this mod. Keeping the "fixes" since it is a refined version of the mod’s original check and has been tested.

• Additional fix for after raid screen for recycler and production.
• Added recycler pause.

• Fix for interfering with the after raid screen in certain situations.

• Fixed conflict with "Produce as Ready" mod.
