Administrative Statistics Dashboard
A read-only decision that quarterly inspects the player’s realm administrative data, including:
– Senior Posts = Realm titles at duchy tier or above using Meritocratic Appointment succession
– Qualified Officials = Characters with merit_level 3 or higher
– Overstaffing Index = Ratio of Qualified Officials to Senior Posts. Above 100% means more qualified officials than posts available; above 200% indicates severe overstaffing
– Realm governor efficiency = Average governor efficiency of all count-tier and above governors in the realm
