Holland Pack: SandBox Expansion [1.7.× / 1.8.×]

“Arrived in the Caribbean aiming to make a fortune through trade, spent some time as a mercenary in Europe. However, he doesn’t always shy away from dubious methods to obtain those coveted piastres.”

This mod adds a well-developed Dutch character to the game with his own backstory, unique officers, and two new storylines. It all starts in Willemstad — and quickly grows into something more than just working for the Company.

You will experience:

• New Character – Jan Steis (Dutchman) — the same one from “City of Lost Ships”, but now with a quality model and support for all outfits, hats, and animations. The game starts at rank 5, with a 5th-class ship and gear fitting the backstory.
• Two New Officers — one in Willemstad (under certain conditions), the second in quest storylines.
• Two Storylines — “In Service of the Company” (10 quests) and “Amsterdam Executioner” (5 quests).
• Integration with Game Content — the “Tichingitu” quest, the search for Fadey’s blades, and José Dios’s maps are available from the very start.

⚖️ “Amsterdam Executioner”

• Acquired through rumors in Willemstad.
• Requirements: “Dutch Gambit” quest completed, character level above 10.

🏢 “In Service of the Company”

• Acquired from the WIC Deputy Director in Willemstad.
• Requirements: “Dutch Gambit” quest completed, possess a Dutch letter of marque, character level above 15.

The “Dutch Gambit” quest for Holland is available immediately on any difficulty level. You will receive the Dutch letter of marque after completing it with the reputation “Admiration”.

With the patent, you unlock privileges in Willemstad:

• Harbor Master’s Office — ship anchorage is twice as cheap.
• From the Moneylender — more doubloons and chests available for sale.
• Trade licenses at the WIC are sold with a 75% discount.

The ship can be obtained in a new way. Find van Doorn’s letter, get the patent, gather 10,000 doubloons, and head to the Deputy Director — the “Amsterdam” is yours.

• Dutch Uniform — style and status.
• A blade for true bounty hunters.

The mod has been tested on version 1.7.0 and higher + all DLCs + BMS mods. Compatibility with other mods is not guaranteed.
