Single Region Provinces
This mod does what the title says, or in other words transforms all regions to have their own province.
Settlements are now completely independent and have recieved 2 extra building slots.
All building slots are unlocked from the start. However, buildings still have their main building level requirements and still rely on having workforce available.
Compatbility
This mod edits the start_pos file. It is not compatible with other mods that also edits this file!
It is therefore also not save-game compatible. You have to start a new campaign to enable the changes.
