Aquatane
Aquatane is a vaguely French inspired nation of humans lead by magical triton Melusine who want to awaken the sleeping Triton kings in the deep. They have exceptional knights, lots of heavy infantry and a crossbowman with a shield. Most of the high level magic is concentrated in the Melusine princesses or in their under water mages recruits. Like Jomon they have powerful underwater mages available in every underwater fort they build, as well as high quality aquatic troops.
