Lets you punish prisoners in a unique way by keeping their eye to create an artifact instead of fully blinding them.
also a smaller easter egg bonus
"One-Eyed Jack" refers to the Jack of Spades or Jack of Hearts in a deck of cards, named for their profile depiction showing only one eye, often used as wild cards in poker or to describe someone dishonest or crooked.
Interaction is available on all prisoners (Its in debug menu at bottom as not to mess with AGOT or other character interactions that can crash game with big overhaul mods.)
Gives minor piety since you aren’t completely blinding them
Gives 20 dread
-30 opinion modifier for 10 years
