Elective Republics
a modification of the Merchant Republic Overhaul mod

this mod adds a new elective republic government which has a voting election at the end of every term, also adds republic viceroys called governorships.
the current update should work in multiplayer for the most part, you just need to add 10 gold to the campaign fund after an election for it to register
also this is super early development and im trying to get it to work in mp
probably super buggy so be warned
