NEOW: Jacobin Warrior Society Fix
While nosing through the code for New Era Old World, I noticed that the Jacobins had their own warrior society, with complete features, but no way to find, create, or join it. This submod fixes that.
Features:
-A decision to create the Friends of the Republic warrior society. The requirements are typical for creating it are the same as creating any other similar society, namely martial education, high martial skill, and substantial gold and prestige.
Notes;
-This should work with both the base and East Asia versions of NEOW, but if you come across issues, let me know.
